This procedure is designed to neutralize dysfunctional soft tissue and overly tight and inflamed "knots" in your back and spine. This treatment acts to mechanically disrupt the physiologically locked soft tissue and return it to it's proper functioning state. This is accomplished by inserting by hand monofilament sterile, thin gauge needles into tender points or areas that are causing painful symptoms.
